Jennifer Lawrence was among the celebrity victims of an August 2014 photo hack that lead to leaked intimate photos appearing on the web. Now, the Mother! actress is opening up about the lasting impact of the experience.
“It was so unbelievably violating that you can’t even put it into words,” Lawrence said during an appearance on the “Awards Chatter” podcast. “I think that I’m still actually processing it… There’s not one person in the world that is not capable of seeing these intimate photos of me.”
Though some affected actresses chose to sue Apple, Lawrence declined saying, “I was just interested in healing.”
