ABC’s Bachelor in Paradise may have resumed filming, but the recent scandal is still affecting cast member DeMario Jackson.
Jackson, who was accused of sexual misconduct with fellow cast member Corinne Olympios but later cleared by a Warner Bros. investigation, sat down with E! News to discuss the impact of the ordeal.
“It was stressful. For me, mostly for my mother,” Jackson, 30, explained. “It’s hard to see your mom cry every single day. It was very difficult.”
Jackson has denied any wrongdoing, but says he lost his job as a result of the investigation. Olympios has hired a high-profile lawyer to conduct a separate investigation.
